About Us

Insight BJJ / Team Insight is a combat sports team headquartered in Bastrop, TX just outside of Austin, TX. Led by First Degree BJJ back belt (and Bastrop native), Alex Henley, Team Insight has grown from our original 1 school in 2014, to 5 affiliates in 2 different states so far! (Texas & Kentucky)

Professor Alex is under Renzo Gracie black belt, Brian Marvin, out of Houston, TX. Because to that affiliation with Professor Marvin, Team Insight also falls under the Umbrella of Team Renzo Gracie.
